After 50mails to 30 different adresses (ehost , enom , domainzero , resellers ...) , I found an aswer :

Dear Customer,

Any time you register a domain name, the registrar puts a "registrar
lock" on the domain. The lock prevents someone else from taking your
domain name once you've registered it.
This does not mean that you can't transfer the domain. However you do
have to contact us prior to transferring the domain so that we can have
the registrar lock removed. Once it is removed, you will be able to
transfer registrars.
I will have our lead tech remove the lock for you. You will be able to
transfer the domain within the next 24 hours.

mail these people : ehost@networkcommerce.com , it takes them about 1 week to reply.

Hopes this helps some people ...

I don't see how *they* would be able to lift this lock at *another* registrar, but... if it works, great! I've actually been able to have mine released by contacting enom directly.

Hopefully the solution will be that simple.

It looks like for the sake of simplicity and to keep from getting overrun with emails that they would post this in a FAQ or something.
