I'm looking for a hosting provider which has:

- FTP support to upload files
- At least 35 megabytes of space
- Minimum file size of at least 5-10 megs
- Somewhat decent speeds (I don't need a dedicated T-3 for my site alone or anything.. :)

Is that too much to ask? :)

I don't care about popups or banners - I will be using this site to solely host a few split files.

I'd use a Online File Storage site, but I've tried a few and none seem to work well. If there are no suggestions a web-hosting provider described above, does anyone have any good recommendations for a decent Online File Storage site?

Thanks for any help!!

http://free.prohosting.com should work for that. It's 50 MB, has FTP, and it's fairly fast. I've uploaded some large files there and I don't think there's any file size limit. It has a screen with ads on it that intercepts download links (which is why they allow file storage), but if you don't mind that then it's good.

Looks as if Prohosting has a 2meg file / upload limit.

Any other suggestions, guys?
Thanks!

Where does it say that? Have they changed the rules? Here's what the Unofficial FAQ says.

12. Is there a limit on file sizes?
As far as I know, there isn't a specific size limit to files on the server, other then the 50 MB account limit. However, according to the Acceptable Use Policy, it is against the rules to post content that consumes excessive resources. So it's not really the best idea to post 50 MB files, as they take a long time to upload and download.

Considering I have some 6 MB files there right now, I know they certainly don't have a 2 MB limit.

This is why I said I thought there's a 2 meg limit:

It must be just for the brower uploads, yes. You can upload any size file with FTP.
