A Sponsor

I need a sponsor for my website, http://www.chtml.f2s.com . I would prefer one that i can pop up, cause people never click. right now i have popuptraffic.com and exitfuel. is there a better one? i am also using commission junction, but they aren't tracking me any more for some reason.
