BMB has been down for HOURS! Anyone know of any scheduled downtime, upgrades or natural disasters I was not aware of? Is it just me or has there service not been plagued with problems for months now? I have been with them for years and its never been this bad.

Hmm, I tryed accessing my account from my computer in Canada and it works fine. I dont know why it wont work from Here in Australia? I guess there is a router or something down?

Try using tracert to bigmailbox.com and you will find the server which is down in the way.

What a day i have had.. I found out that it stops at one of global crossings locations.. now all i can do is wait i guess.

email at the guilty party's email address and complain! It works most of the time. Oh! one more thing, act like a serious businessman and that you are losing huge amounts of money because of their server problem. ;)

Who would I contact? Global crossing? Im sure they are already aware of the situation. I think one of there lines are having issues. Its not like it can just be fixed at the snap of a finger then. I think i will just wait. I have better things to do that check my mail and tend to my customers, like picking my nose. Yum.
