CPC and/or CPM Banners with Paypal Payout??

Hey,

Im wondering what you guys thing are good CPC and/or CPM banner ads affiliate programs.

They obviously need to have a good rep payout wise, and higher rates the better :P And be able to send the payment to a paypal account.

Any and all submissions are welcome, id like to have a great range to select from!

... its been over 2 days and no one knows of any? ClickXchange is an example of the kind of networks im interested in, ones that serv cpc and cpm banners

how much do they pay? i really dont want to deal with the hassles a checks (as id have to wait for them to come in the mail, cash them, then deposit into my paypal account, which could take a month or two) But if the pay can offset that disadvantage then i might go for it

Any other suggestions of banner networks with paypal?

Are you interested in ppc search engines? You can get paid by paypal with most of them with a low min payout!

Some include: Findit-Quick, SearchWallet and GenieKnows.
