I strongly suggest changing the background color from that Bright color to something else.

i cant use black colors because its not my site but the site of our school.
maybe blue or green.what do you think.

Make it 'soft' blue, not so flashy. Or just use plain blue (a litle darker) Oh yeah, preload the navbar, so the buttons come up faster. And find some 'over' buttons that match the normal ones.

To preload an image:

And in the script you replace the image (overimage.gif) by img.src hopes this clear's it up a litle.
