This is really horrible, but if they look smart or successful, I think Japanese, and if they look normal, I think chinese.

Just because Japan seems to have a better education system.

No Glasses = Japanese

But I can usually tell...they do look different. Koreans look different too.

Depends on what they look like. If its a person from my school, I can determine from china/vietnamese, japan, etc... not that hard usually

chubby = vietnamese / korean

smart / slim = japanese

Of course you have to remember that I'm in Texas (west Texas), and we're rather low on Asians unless you're near the coast. (I once lived in CA and am using the number of Asians there as a reference.)

We said nothing about their abilities...just what (in our experience) the different head shapes of various Asian people look like...

C'mon, don't get worked up over this, it's only a simple little survey... I was wondering what the majority of people thought of Asians when they see one, that's all.

A few years ago, back in elementary, nearly every kid who sees an Asian seems to think that the kid's Chinese, and the rest guessed either Japanese or Korean. I see now that it's different - people judge by their appearance (round head, pointy head, intelligent looking... etc.).

Completely nothing to do with racism. There was no need to bring that up at all.

Your logic is really inescapable! You insult the posters to this thread, one of them responds and bam! The one who responded MUST be gay. The only explanation for this is that you're likely somewhat youthful (at least in terms of your brain).

As for your threat of bodily harm. Kiss off. I happen to be 6'5", and 220 lbs. Those who talk the loudest about fighting are generally the ones who head to the back of the room when one starts.
