looking for hosting company

I'm looking for a paid hosting or virtual dedicated server with about 500mb and about 40-50gb hosting with cpanel, no WHM needed
PLEASE NOTE: I'm looking a host that can handle invision board with about 150 member online at the same time, if this will not create too much MYSQL and CPU usage on you server and you are interested in hosting my board please let me know
