question about cd burner programs

i use Adaptec easy cd creator 4 to create my audio cds. and i wanted to know if any of you know who to adjust the settings so that 1 second space doesn't appear between tracks. thanks

Click on Create CD then when that little box pops up click on advanced then click on disk-at-once.

I believe thats how you do it.
