What are the best Tell-A-Friend and email sign-up programs out there? Also, if anyone has personal experiences about any of the companies that would be very useful.

Thankyou,

Hi,

I would say that in the past Mailbits was great but it is no longer the case.

I use http://www.supertaf.com . You are not going to earn plenty of money with it but it is fully customizable and it gives you to possibility to get subcribers for your mailing list.

Thanks for that information! :)

Could you please tell me how much they do pay?

Thanks,

With supertaf, you get paid for each check box that is checked.

It seems to usually equal around 2 cents per check box. There are usually 2 oe 3 check boxes pre checked.

So if people uncheck them all, you wont make any money off of them, but customisation is great, and it is possible to make SOME money with them.

The forms are highly customisable (heres one of mine: http://www.supertaf.com/taf.php?form=1087 ... tho that hasnt been customised at all ;) )

You might want to try focalex.com
With there TAF thing, you get paid $0.40 if people check a box to get one of their mailings AND confirm that later on. I ended up making more with supertaf than focalex's taf.

Supertaf I think asks that you have 100,000 impressions a month, but they are pretty lenient so its worth applying if you want them.

The other two worth exploring are Recommend-It and NetEzines (by Advertising.com).

Personally, I use Focalex and have seen reasonable results thus far. At present, I'm averaging about a 15% conversion ratio, which equates to 6 cents/checkbox.

As Toefur and gallery suggested, SuperTAF are great. It's a service run by moderator Aaron Dragushan from Geek/Talk, and is more effective in building your own mailing lists than its competitors, though it can't always match their revenue rates.

Thanks for the input Czar!

Although it seems a bit odd a moderator of GeekVillage/Talk runs a competing service of GeekVillage. Hmmmm.... :)
