cheap host with lots of bandwidth

help, my site is getting lots of vistors and is using up alot of bandwidth. It hasn't even been online for a month and its got over 500 vistors and other 1000mb's bandwidth I need a cheap host that has

alteast 3 free email addresses (doesn't matter if pop 3 or not)
domain hosting (let me use my already hosted domian, i think its called a parked domain)
cpanel
php
mysql
50mb's space
as much bandwidth as possible!

my mate seifer (www.v-69.co.uk) told me that invision-hosting would do this cheap. but i am open to all offers

I would like to pay through payapl and preferably in £'s but it doesn't matter that much

i done loads of research, but found only good comments, i even looked up his paypal address and it was fine. I have managed to get his perosnal detials like address and phone number from a whois lookup. and if they arn't correct then i can get paypal involved who have a 30 dispute policy. Its not the £6 tha i paid that i care about, its that the host didn't even last a month. And i was hosted about 2 weeks with them!
