Unfortunately, it's only for gaming sites :( The guy who runs it said so somewhere in their forums.

Also, I signed up a couple of months ago and lost all my files when the server crashed. No backup.

yeah that sucks but you could use mysql to store some data from perl and cgi scripts. it is possible
