What's the host for these DNS servers?

NS.HOSTING4U.NET 209.15.2.3
NS2.HOSTING4U.NET 209.15.2.4

?

I get a 404 when i go to http://www.hosting4u.net

How did you know it was CommuniTech.net?

Normally, to find the NOC of any IP address, you simply go to http://www.arin.net/whois/ and enter the IP address. The owner of the IP block will be displayed.

But ns*.hosting4u.net is well-known. Every now and then, this question comes up. :)
