I use mydomain.com for my cloaking URL redirect and I have just noticed that it is down alot so my site is also down when it is down, even though my webhost is still up. From your experience, how often have you noticed the down time at mydomain.com? Is there a better solution?

I've noticed that they do go down for short periods every few days. ZoneEdit is more reliable but when they go down they seem to go down for hours. Take your pick.

The whole reason I moved away from mydomain.com, however, their constant downtime is what drove me to paid hosting, and now I can't even think of going back to free hosting

At the moment mydomain.com works fine for me, but I had a lot of troubles weeks ago. I think zonnedit is more reliable but doesn't offer all the features of mydomain, like url cloaking with metatags. So I decided to use the most important domain with zoneedit and use for the rest mydomain.

Paid hosting has always served me better than highly unreliable free hosting. Pay to get better service.

I am new to the "homepage-business" (since 5 months) and I started with free services to learn what I need. I don't need a lot of webspace, 20 MB would be ok at the moment for *all* my domains, but I would like to have a virtual host for about 15 domains plus subdomains. The domains don't earn money at the moment, so it is just for fun and therefore I don't want to pay a lot. I can imagine to pay $36/year as you have to pay with worldzone, but it should be possible to use more domains. Any suggestions?

That's the only way: You must login with the complete email-adress which you used at sign-up. Contact support@mydomain.com, I am sure they will help you.
