20mb
SSI
no ads
FTP
and prefrabbly unlimited bandwidth but doesn't have to be

no ads is not simple...

with ads alot of people offer that

I don't know, does f2s support SSI? Or you couls always use php for that.

yup, f2s supports SSI alright.
