I mean I can build the best computer, install all the programs and upgrade the computer with lots of memory and diskspace and colocate there

How much bandwidth do you think they give?

It's a 10 meg connection shared between the servers on it. It's designed for low bandwidth servers that want burstability at a low cost. It's not for servers that need megabits of bandwidth.
