1. For example, in the month of February there was a publisher that had banners refreshing into the millions per week. Their web page traffic was no more than 500 users per week. They have since been removed and charged. We will say however that there is a minimum 9 second wait between credited impressions from the same ip address.

2. Publisher agrees to enter into a 90 day banner commitment with our minimum banner ad quantity requirement

Can you please explain the paragraphs above?

2. Each banner view from the same IP will only earn you money every 9 seconds

1. we'll only pay you 3 months after you sign up (+ one extra month to get the cheque)

On point number two, could that also mean you are locked into displaying their banners for 3 months, and also meetinga certain number of impressions per day ?

I assume then that they could with hold your payment if you didn't display banners for the full time, or didn't meet the minimum display numbers.

Would that be right ?

I mean, they could very easily sya that you didn't meet the requirements, and then refuse to pay up.
