I have to decided to redesign my homepage because it was too flashy and bright last time, I have made it darker. So check it out at http://www.glomar.net and give some advice on how I could improve it...

My only suggestion is to change the ugly green "network" heading into a logo, or i gif with a better font and/or colour.

looks nice
I'd do something with the spinning computer either put it on a gray background or spend some time sorting out the grey edges. It makes it look 'ripped' off having that edge - clean it up and it'll look v. nice

I am working on a whole new introduction page... I am thinking of making it automatically go to my page for now, but that will be temporaily because there will be a business site on that domain aswell.
Thanks for the comments.

Forget it, Bigperm, unless you remove that false information off of your site I will allow you to send in your opinion. For now, beat it.

I will accept everyone's opinions relating to anything that they feel strongly about... it can be a paragraph up to however many pages you want so send it to me @ gcari@postmark.net.

I think on the introduction page you need the title of
your website to be larger and stand out more.
Also I think the intro needs maybe a gray border around
it or some other lighter color.
The rest of the page you may have gone just a little
to dark, it depends on what image you want to portray
to your viewers. Gray shades and white seem more
professional (to me at least) dark colors usally symbolize
something illegal. ie warez sites.
i'm not bashing the colors, its just my opinion anyhow
and how much is that worth?
I'm not a professional web designer

And Bright Sites signify pornography... I don't think my pages are that dark. On a scale to one to ten, I think they are a six. I studied three gaming network sites to make the design I have now...

I thought I do, I spent three hours working on the balance of colors... now how is the design, not of the intro but of the main site?

That looks pretty ripped off to me. Even the "Designed by" part at the bottom, to the blue links... I think you should try again, Or at least give credit to who you stole that from.

Haha, I was too lazy to build my own... sooner or later I will get around to it, that last design was mine though. It was up there for free to download, I said maybe I should switch around a few things on it.

I was just trying to help you and all you are being is sarcastic and snotty. What I really think of your web site is that it sucks. Especially because you ripped it off as some other guys website.
