i need to host net2ftp (net2ftp (http://www.net2ftp.com)), so i need a free host (prefferebly no ads, but popups are ok, not spam popups), php support with ftp module installed.

Why do you need to host this?

Because i work on a restricted computer and the only way to get files in and out is through ftp. Now ftp is disablet and i have no way of getting files in and out. Thats why i thought using something like net2ftp to access ftp, since web browsers still have access to the net (http)
