Is valcato closed?

Anyone have any clue where Valcato went? They've had mail problems on a server for 3 days and now all of my sites and all of Valcato's own sites are down. No access to their support site or anything. I wish they host somewhere else so at least we could access them during downtime.

Thanks for that Jan...we'll also be hosting our main site and forums on a seperate network soon, so that you'll be able to get to them when one of our servers is down :-)
