They got ads...

You could use http://www.f2s.com for the hosting and use http://www.mydomain.com or http://www.zoneedit.com to forward the domain to your site...

Didn't some one say that http://www.hostonfly.com doesn't put ads?

I also have iRepublics bookmarked but don't know if they are good or not. http://www.irepublics.com/hosting/index.html

It doesn't look that way. Here's info from their faqs:

2. Free Hosting
We give you a Simple Hosting for free, but in exchange we will put our Banners (Splash or Ad Frame) on all your pages. This type of Program can break your site's design, and has limits like - 200Kb per file.
If you will try to remove or obscure our Ad Space on your site, your site will be removed!
All Revenue Programs for Free Hosting are the same as on Host x Clicks.
