Slightly too wide for 800x600. Rather a plain look but functional. Might be nice if the menu's and links changed colour when the mouse was passed over them. Otherwise, a good design. Good luck with it.

Your site would look fine at 800x600 if it didnt have this huge space on the left. I have to scroll to the right just to view your page.

i personally don't like horizontal scrollbar.

the green or whatever color you may call it, background looks kind of strange. Try test out different colors of backgrounds.

I don't think your main page is exactly centered.. it's close, but I think it's a little off. I would recommend getting rid of the horizontal scroll bar. Sprucing up the logo will help as well. :)
