ugh... IE won't load Images..

I just got a new dual wan router (Xincom) and now IE won't load certain images.

I've already went to to Tools>Options>Advance and selected to display Images.

Sites work fine in Mozilla.. I can't find a fix for it online.

Anyone know how to fix ie? I've already repaired it with no results.
