Need a reliable dedicated!

Hi!
I´m running a phpbb board (adult), which is located at a web host.
Yet again they have messed things up and now they have de-activated the account without a notice.
We were about to upgrade the board and I informed them about which upgrades we were going to do and they said that everything was ok. 4 days later they shut us down saying that they didn´t approve of the upgrades.:doh!:
After contact they promised me that they would activate it again after I had restored the old version but nothing has happened for 3 days.
I´m getting tired of the web hosting solutions and want to have a dedicated server. It´s a text only board, (no pics), so therefore we dont need a massive storage.
Maybe I´m asking for to much but it´s worth a shot.
I´m looking for:
Around $50 a month, monthly billing. $0 for the setup.
1GB storage, if it´s possible for a dedicated server.
The other hardware & software I leave up to you, we have about 2000 members and growing. So far 52 online at the same time but is expected to increase to about 150-200.
A good support that can help setting the board up if needed (of course we pay for additional help).
Bandwidth? What do you think? We have an average of 20GB.

Just one question - as you seem to be quite straight forward with it all - is there possibly anything questionable in the forums content that may be raising an issue with your host that they may be too shy to approach.

An adult board could be anything from motorcycling to well anything!

No there´s is not.
Childpornography and beastiality are something we dont allow.
All pornography of the harder versions like simulated rape, scat etc. are also not allowed.
The board is very good moderated by me and eight others, some of them well known in the "industry".
Every post and thread is checked and we dont even allow links where the models looks to young even if they are of allowed age.
Spam of any kind are also not tolerated, it´s a members olny board, it´s to much work for the spammers to get in.

I think that the real truth about the de-activation is the traffic, they offer "free traffic" and everybody knows that it´s everything but free.

Sorry if any offence caused, totally unintentional and I thought maybe your host was a bit prudish rather than clamping down - just had to ask - you might try the other hosting bits before going for your own server because of one possibly bad host.

Absolutely no harm done, it´s a question that you have to ask.
I think that the best thing to do is to go dedicated. Have more control over things that way, more options.
