well what u get is the same as all my packages on my site minus the space and bandwidth as that is negotable, also for the ad it can be one of our banners or a ad some where on the site in text. Also im pritty sure u dont point out errors when its a offer and ur not a admin or a moderator as its not your job.

what is an example of the text ad, just something like Hosting Provided By: YOUR HOST, if it is could we replace this with a clearly viewable 88x31 affiliate button on every page under the Powered By: section?

Hi,
I sent you an e-mail and hope you will consider me for your free hosting offer. I am willing to display a reasonably sized advertisement. My public tracker can show you that I have a steady stream of visitors to my site.
Do you offer FTP?
Thank you for your consideration.

Hi, you must have a domain name not a sub domain or free domain unless it has a option where u can change the name servers on it, if so then i can host u.

Well, I did apply for http://www.rhianna.uni.cc/
I've registered http://www.rhianna.uni.cc/ but I have not used it yet. Would you accept rhianna.uni.cc ?

Good! Someone had an answer :-)
tmhost, I have not used the uni.cc domain yet. I applied a couple of days ago when I found out about it in this great forum, freewebspace.net. I always try to check into this forum every now & then because there's lots to be learned here. I would set the servers, etc... to my new host's specifications. I've looked around & it seems as if the uni.cc domains are the latest thing--I'm happy to be on the bandwagon. :applaudin

There's something that scares me about hosts with TemplateMonster websites and claims of being in business since 1999 with domains registered in 2003.
:confused2 Maybe that's me.
tmhosting
December 31st, 2003, 16:28
We have been in business since 1999 and we used to be future-hosts.net and have been tmhosting.net for 2 years and we renew every year so thats why it says registerd this year, so be scared all u want, oya its not a template monster website.
tmhosting
December 31st, 2003, 16:37
OKay, well if no one else wants free hosting, we now no longer offer it.
fsws
December 31st, 2003, 16:39
I don't think you realise - if you renew a domain name, it still shows the original date of registration even if its transferred to a different registrar.
As for your website - don't think everyone hasn't seen the same design about 1000 times.
PS: F7 is the spell check key.
tmhosting
December 31st, 2003, 16:42
I guess its a good idea that im already having a new design made right now since ive probably had around 5 different designs, oya and i appreciate u guys attacking me being jackasses u are when im giving free hosting away i guess ill never give it away here again.

Save it for school - you sound like a twelve year old. I was simply making some observations, I never attacked anyone.
tmhosting
December 31st, 2003, 16:45
Then what does this have to do with me giving free hosting? And how is it your job to make observation on a thread that is giving free hosting away for a limited time?
fsws
December 31st, 2003, 16:47
It has everything to do with your offer of free hosting. People are looking for credible and reliable hosting providers, not companies which claim to be four years older than they actually are.
tmhosting
December 31st, 2003, 16:49
well my claim isnt false, we havent been called tmhosting.net forever nor future-hosts.net . You can ask the 450 customers we have if were reliable or not its not your business to decide that.
fsws
December 31st, 2003, 16:50
Thats why it was an observation, rather than a fact backed statement.
fsws
December 31st, 2003, 16:54
Woah 450 clients -- Must be a big reseller account then.
tmhosting
December 31st, 2003, 17:03
sorry to disapoint u, its not a reseller account, ur observation is wrong again.
fsws
December 31st, 2003, 17:09
Sure it isn't.

This isnt worth my time and the time of the readers. Seeya and good luck to the people that have to put up with this guy on this forum.

Is tonight bashing night or what - I have over a dozen domain names I use and all will show different creation dates - from when they were bought by the existing owner, so it's no real show of trading time and not an observation when you add in comments about 'credible and reliable hosting providers' as that will cast doubt were none may have to exist.
People look for hosting free or otherwise - please stick to recommendations rather than bashing as it helps no one and could make someone refuse an offer they may well benifit from.
Clients to may say 'oh I didn't get what I want' but nothing comes from negative comments, well more negative reactions excluded.
Anyone offering free hosting will expect something back (however little or seemingly non exintent it may be) - or they won't survive - and then all their clients are stuffed - so bashing one may effect more than just the ones posting now.
So enough slap fights please - doesn't do this board justice for it's purpose.

fsws, will you shut the hell up and stop acting like a kid?
tmhost has an awesome type of service and he is offering something also awesome. I don't see why you should go around and ---- around with him.
I asked him for hosting for a team I'm making and he said that he won't host me coz of the subject and I didn't go around ----in` him up like this.
