namecheap.com ICANN Approved?

anyone know if namecheap.com is ICANN approved and accredited registrars or not? I think they are just resellers, I don't know...

I believe they resell for ENOM who is a ICANN registrar.

oh, sounds not bad, but i'd prefer to go with other cheaper ICANN Approved Registrars, right? :)
