Looking for a community script in PHP

I'm looking for a Free PHP script. I want to build a online community.
1. people can make an account
2. people can post each other messages
3. people can modify their profile etc.

that sort stuff....

What I mean is a community where people can post a photo of therselfs or something. Other people can see the profile and photo of that person, pst messages to that person etc etc. that kind of stuff

It will be easier if you go with a forum script. Most of the forum allowed you to post a iamge, view members profile, private messaging ..etc including this forum (VBulletin)
