How do I make Streaming Video Clips?

If I put video clips up, and I click on them they download.
Some sites have clips where you click it and it plays in 1 or 2 seconds and nothing downloads, so its immediate, how do I do that?

I would like to know how to do Windows Media Streams, but would also like to find out about real player streams if its possible.

for realaudio and realvideo,
make a new file in notepad and put in the full http url in it alone, nothing else like http://www.mycooldomain.com/audio/britney_spears.rm and save it as britney_spears.ram and uplead the small file and link to it from your page and your ready!
