Okay I am looking at a place that sells servers (just like Ev1) that has a data center.

Though my question about Ev1 is how do they deal if you get faked spam (makes it look like you). Do they terminate your account right away?

They would take your server offline or just contact you and warn you. It's very hard to say what they would do, every situation is different.

What are some good tips to avoid spammers?

Don't associate your server and ips with porn, warez, and other crap.


Use secure email scripts and the such.
