You might have a tough time finding a good host that wants to come close to touching this. What you are doing may or may not be illegal, but many hosts will not want to take the chance and risk having their server unplugged, literally.

If you're serious about doing this amd have trouble finding a host, get yourself a cheap dedicated for $50-$70/mo.

JSP's & your decision on legalties of files may prove a prob - you'd really need to be tight on control & allow your host access to the file stores - if it was just for yourself it may be allowed with minimal checking but if your going to host it does get opened up to abuse, which would land your host with a legal prob - unfortunately a promise don't go far now.
