Okay, here I go again:
I found a free webhost which is http://www.hostonfly.com and the services seems to be good. One question though: is the service a reliable one? Please give your reactions regarding this host.

They are pretty good in terms of speed. But if you like installing scripts (especially php) this host is pretty irritating. You have actually put a path on every .php page in order for it run and requires you to CHMOD all the .php to 750 no matter the what the circumstances are. Now it may not sound like a big deal but if you have a script that has 50 .php files -- well you get my drift.

But in terms of realiability, is it good? Also, I can bear with the problem with php, but is the host okay with cgi scripts?

Works great with CGI and it is reliable, it´s up and on for some years now, they´ve just relaunched their service a cuple of weeks ago.
