5 or less mb space
unlimited bandwidth (would be nice, but i can deal with anything over 500mb i guess)
no ads, popups, texts etc
no "post 25 messages in our forums and wait 2 weeks for us to get around to doing it"

need it to host a pjirc chat, less than 1mb.

i need it activated like, immediately, like i said, none of that "wait 24 hours for us to review your app" crap.

no php
no sql
none of that. just some good old ad free space. (with SOME bandwidth)

Ouch. I have to be honest, most if not all free hosts do not allow chat scripts because they do use excessive resources. You might want to try looking at the Free Hosing Offers, but I am pretty much sure you will have to wait a little bit until you get this host, if you get hosting it will probably be on a special deal I would assume.

I did do some looking and found that at www.clubhost.us they:



Chat type scripts such as shoutboxes and / or forum chat modifications are permitted under certain guidelines. Clubhost reserves the right to grant to suspend this privelege on a case by case basis. IRC type scripts and other chat type scripts that make remote connections, remain resident in memory, or use excessive resources are FORBIDDEN and there will be no exceptions.

Now I really dont know the script you want to run, but you might want to at least talk to an admin over there to see if they would allow it.
