yes, blah blah. We probably have already had one of these threads however this is the new one.

I have two favourites, both comedys. Firstly, Monty Pythons Life of Brian. I cannot begin to describe how great this film is, if you have not seen get it out. This is real pant-wetting stuff.

Secondly, Snatch. I am one for black comedys, and Snatch takes the cake. The one liners in this movie are halarious. Once again, if you have not seen it get it out.

How about you?

Bad movies hey, I saw this movie on late TV the other night. "Little Tokyo" or something. Worst movie ever.

A big dissapointment was Orange County, only jack black made that funny.

That's a BIG list, but most of those were pretty damn good movies.

But do you like Apocalypse Now Redux better than Apocalypse Now? Cause they're essentially the same movie, just Apocalypse Now was better.

I am big on Vietnam and think that the extension of the playmate scene and the inclusion of the french plantation are good because of the effect the war has and how it is showed in these two scenes. If you like Apocalypse Now, you should get the 5 1/2 hour bootleg version (I think it is floating around WinMX right now) because there are some good out takes type scenes but they arent funny. Like a video biography of laurence fishburne during filming since he was so young and on set during the entire duration of the film's production. The helicopters used in the movie were all borrowed from the army, so coppola would get them for 2 days and film a scene, then the army would suddenly need them, and when the army brings them back you see that they are covered in blood and the insides stink of blood and smoke. The bootleg is just very good behind the scenes look at both the vietnam war and the movie itself.

I took a film class in high school that got so popular, our community college took up the cirriculum and continued it as a year round free class. I have watched all those films in the past 12 months, and written indepth reviews on each.

Add: The Core The Core doesn't go on the list, because it was filmed where I live, and seeing the live stunts was so awesome.

my gymnastics teacher (a really short tank) gets to play john connor at sum themepark in japan, in one of those crazy stunt shows

(ie. john connor from terminator 2, because he's so short)

I saw a movie the other day that I had never heard of, but it was pretty good. It was called "Drumline", essentially a band (or drummer) version of "Bring it On", which I also thought was really good. Now they have Bring it On 2, (or Bring it On Again?) which I doubt will be AS good.

Bring it on Again I believe is a straight to video movie. A standing applause to anyone who can name one remotely watchable straight to video movie.

And the only thing I liked about Bring it On was Eliza Dushku :-)
