Q:Is there a bandwidth limit?
A:You can only upload a file 2 Megs and under, you can upload more than 2 Meg at a time but you may not store files larger than 2 Megs on the server. It all has to do with the limitations of my broadband connection. I do not have a commercial grade connection either. Things add up and this is the best I can offer without charging people. There is also a new bandwidth limit imposed on total transfer out of our systems. Goto this page to see more >>Bandwidth<<.

Q: Do you support PhP?
A: Yes, its a more restricted version of php but you can use it. If i find out anyone is causing problems you will be banned and removed off izerop servers. So play nice people.

So basically, he's on cable offering free hosting? Don't go. His ISP will cancel his account unless he pays for the extra B/W.

Edit: I just read this:

Q:What do you support
A:Our systems allow you PHP access (safe-mode, no mail support - we are working on an alternative to it - and with the base directory set to your home directory) which allows everyone safe php to do basic php stuff. Paid accounts will gain full CGI access (Perl mostly perhaps python) as well as a MySQL database, FTP access and more account space/bandwidth. Currently the web interface is used for the free members to help conserve bandwidth and make account managing easier.
