Speed isn't really something that you can put in the database because it changes at different times.

Free and fast? Most FWP don't exactly limit the number of sites on the server (many paid hosts don't even do this, heh). Your site will be fast until the server is overloaded (assuming coneectivity isn't the issue).

and what im sayin is like some places are faster than others
and some are jus slow no matter what kus the connections suck and i hate searchin the database kus i dotn know how good one is gonna be till i start usin it
and i dont liek havin 50,000 accoutns all over the internet.
