Can someone give me a link to a good step by step tutorial for setting up a domain on my home Win98 machine? All the way from installing Apache for Win to pointing the domain to my machine....

I know it seems silly that I of all people would ask for that sort of help, but I have simply never tried it before on my own Windows PC. Just want to setup my own personal site here. Since I am on cable, I keep the same IP all the time.

You probably know this already, but setting up a webserver on Windows 9x is a no-no. Anyone can crash your entire computer in about 2 seconds max.

Webdude, you should start your study at http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/ for Apache Server 2.0 which includes topics like: Server-Wide Configuration, Mapping URLs to the Filesystem, Security tips etc.
