Well, I don't know of any specific rates for churches, but godaddy.com,gkg.net,namecheap.com,registerfly.com,etc. all offer domain registration from 8.88-9.99 per year. That's about as cheap as you're going to get for a top-level domain.

You could also register a third-level .com.kg,.net.kg,.org.kg,.edu.kg for free from http://www.domain.kg

yeah i don't think they offer special rates for churches but i would use gkg.net
