Help with spaceports?1

I was qualified for more webspace, they sent me an email saying they added 300MB for me, but for some reason im only allow to use 40MB?

I think this message would be more appropriate at Spaceports' forums or in an e-mail to Spaceports' webmaster. After all, it sounds like a technical difficulty and these types of questions are better at the webhost's message board. :)
