Looking for a free clan host

I'm looking for a host to host my clan's site. Here's what I need:

250+ MB
PHP
A couple MySQL Databases (2 is fine)
Email (1 or 2 is fine)
CGI
uni.cc domain name support or subdomain support

Hi im Olley otherwise known as Casper. I was wondering if you or anyone could either refer me to a good webhost which is mayb free. I have alot of photos to host aswell as mayb videos. Im looking for about 250mb or sumthing along those lines. I have been trying loads of different website but all have one thing that makes life hard. I also need to be able to have remote url linking. If any of that is possible or anything near to that plz can you email me or let me know. And mayb a email for website contact.
