Hey what is the best place to buy a domain name from? I am looking for a place that it doesnt cost much but is reliable.

I use namecheap.com - $8.88 per/yr. I have three domains with them and have been really pleased. The tech support is great too - fast replies to e-mails.

I use gkg.net they are the only one that acepted my creadit card numeber. Namcheap ever gave me an error like: 'N:FRAUD' gee I don't like that! I didn't used godaddy.

N;frauds error is given by the credit card merchant the web site is using. You contact the web site and they can try to resolve it.

I pretty much just posted this for a different thread, but I feel pretty strongly about it.
Joker.com is nice. I've never had a problem with them, and I currently have about 10 registered through them. They are now a "top level" registrar (no longer registering through CORE). They are pretty cheap, 11.50 or so.

I've only used two. registerclub.com - sucks. gkg.net - excellent and fast support.

I'm being half sarcastic. But a lot of people did seem to like them and use them. MAYBE... when I start earning money, I'll consider registering domains with them.
