What are the registrar offer domain registration and dns management?

Eh, http://www.namecheap.com ? You can allways use http://www.mydomain.com for the DNS.

You can get a domain name and DNS service from Register.com and Joker.com

Yeah, but their domains aren't the cheapest in town.
