How do I promote my site well? Is there any sites related to smilies that is willing to link my site? Also, how do I achieve maximum pagerank?

Getting links from other websites and having good internal linking structure (such as, having all important pages listed in every pages.)

One more tip: have a lot of content (words) and pages.

Also, I can't find any such category on Google.
