Hi. I think it would look better if the top frame was not a frame, but just there at the top part of the page. It would also look better if the gray of the header matched the gray of the background. Just some ideas. I like the cartoon things. :)

I'd get rid of the frame too. It won't take much extra time for the header to load, as the picture (slow bit) will already be cached on their browsers. Plus there are lots of reasons not to use frames.

else make the header not so thick.

I like the graphics they're fun :D

I've heard that most search engines don't like frames simply because their spiders can't read what's on the site. I was told that Yahoo was one the ones that didn't like frames so I simply stopped using them all together. I can't see the point really because as has already been mentioned the browser usually caches the images and they only need to loaded once.

Anyway if you want to keep the frame try making the top frame take up less of the screen. It takes up almost half the screen on 800x600.

When using horizontal frames like this try to avoid using hosts that put a top banner on your page, cos when you open a link with a top banner, that's all you can see!!!

Good luck

The image isn't that big, just below 14k. (Yeah, disabling the right mouse button is no use). If you crop it snug to the text it's below 7k. Some optimizing should make it half of that. Try if it holds for a gif, so you can make the backgrund transparent.
No reasons for frames left. ;)

i know disabling the right mouse button won't stop "expert surfers" But my friends don't know how to come arounf anyway... I will try to covert the images to gif...

Do they know how to make a screen shot? ;)

I wanted to explain what I meant...The only reason to make it a GIF is that you can have a transparent background and let the page's bgcolor show through. If you compress it as it is now the blue will probably not match the blue of the page.
