Hello,

I have downloaded adaware 6 and done a default scan and it shows me 103 items found.
I am not deleting every items because it seems that it is showing some Microsoft products which we do not want deleted.
It is showing some other stuffs too but we are not sure if they are important Microsoft stuffs or spywares.
So, how can we be sure ?

Few days ago, while I was visiting a web-site, I think it automatically downloaded and installed on my computer a web-dialer as I encountered that while I was browsing a site.
I could not find it listed on the ADD/REMOVE (win98).
How can I find it and remove it ?
Adaware 6 has found 2 webdialers and 1 dialer.
How can I be sure which ones to remove ?
I do not want it to remove the win98 dialer that dials me to the internet.
How can I be sure which items that adaware 6 has found is not win98 products ?
Apart from win98 products (windows products such as MS Office etc. ) and some other softwares which we ourselves have installed, I want the rest of the softwares or files or folders removed as they are likely to be spywares.

I think there is a spyware or there are many of them which is/are causing me a lot of trouble.
Please read my other posts which I made requesting for help :

as I have posted what kind of troubles I am encountering after that web-dialer was automatically installed on my computer few days ago.
Afterwards, when you have understood my problems please be kind enough to reply to this email to advise me how to help myself remove spywares and malicious web-dialers.

The first post listed above is my most recent problem and the last 2 posts is my old problems which I have been encountering for a few days.
Others have suggested to me your software.

Oops !

I just got this screen alert on my computer :

n-CASE Alert

WARNING

The system has detected that a third-party application has removed n-CASE, possibly without your consent.
This may cause some programs not to run as expected. Please choose an option below.

* Re-install n-CASE so that your programs will run as expected. requires internet connectivity.

* leave n-CASE un-installed, and clean up any n-CASE files or settings that remain.

* Remind me later

I have chosen the last. But, I do not know what the heck is n-CASE and I have never encountered any error box like this before. And which application removed n-CASE ?
I got adaware 6 to check for spywares after I downloded it now but I did not get it to remove/delete any files/folders/applications found to be suspicious.
So, what the heck is this n-CASE message telling me ?
Or do you reckon one of the spywares got caught and un-installed and is now trying to get me to re-install it ?

Ok, get a clue and post this stuff in the COMPUTER FORUM.

Second, AdAware doesn't find Microsoft products. If it is it's faking it. Delete everything, ignore that n-CASE thing it's probably spyware trying to re-install itself.
