Another IPB question.

HOw do you make the a forum clean itself up after a specific amount of times? I have a test forum for people to test things out and I want the forum to be cleaned up after a while so it wont take too much space. Oh and which is better IPB or PhpBB?

Not possible. Go with PHPbb if you are looking for that feature.

Just go into your IPB adminCP, and under something like "manage forums" you will get a list of forums.

Across on the right, there are "delete" and "empty" options. Click empty, and all the topics in the forum will be deleted.
