Hi
You would need an actual domain that you own and not a subdomain. Thanks.

Actually Uni.cc is DNS service. Why not check it out at www.uni.cc . Or you only accept TLD?

Hi
The domain can be both a TLD or a Country Level Domain, but it must be your own domain with valid whois information.
uni.cc would would work if you own that domain. xxx.uni.cc would be a subdomain, and the user wouldn't be listed as the owner of uni.cc.
Approvals will be mailed to the email on record in the whois for example.
This is to ensure we do not get hit by some of the more questionable elements of the Internet community (or at least mitigate some risks)
I hope this clarifies. Thanks.

Hi.
Generally if you conform with our regulations, we will not deny you hosting. Do note that we do have our own criteria to meet before giving any approvals. Some of those criteria are known, some aren't.
Good luck :)
