Here's the deal.

I'm the tech at a mortgage company and we're having problems. I run the company email off of my own private space, hosted by another company, who is changing owners and is down right now. We *need* email for our business.

I don't need much for space, as right we do not have a web page, though I will be making one in a few weeks. I don't expect to have much traffic to it because it will not be something used a lot, only a "Yes, we're a real company, see?" page. I will need about 40 email addresses, 50megs for space and only a few gigs of transfer.

I would prefer something to be set up and paid yearly, though I would go monthly if the price is right.

Assuming your company has it's domain name then a CPanel hosting account is no problem with a choice of 3 webmail clients and of course full pop/imap/smtp.

Of course mail is resource intensive rather than space/transfer but depends on the amount of users involved. So really that would be the trigger level for account setup.
