Has anyone used them? Are they reliable?
Please help me, because I am from Romania and it is very hard for me to get accepted in any AdNetwork and I am afraid that I will work for nothing, if some company is a scam!

HitCents are best left alone.

All reports that I've received about the company have been negative, with most related to non-payment.

By the way, I recently encountered an ad network based in the Middle East that seems reputable, and supports sites from all Middle Eastern and European nations. Although I can't vouch for them as yet, since I have no experience with the company, you may like to investigate:

Most Probably They Dont pay Up.I Have Sent 4 mails To them Regarding Payements.None Of them Was Replied.

But i Must Say Their Tracking System Is Good One
