I'm an Australian resident and so payment must be by c/c, and will be paid per 6 months, or possibly per 12 months (to avoid unnecessary bank fees). Domain name will be purchased at godaddy.com at $6.95/yr, hence I do not require domain registration services.

I do not foresee diskspace requirements of more than 100MB, or bandwidth of more than 2GB (until such a time as the bandwidth I'm using approaches that limit). Prefer to pay to host directly, not through a 3rd party merchant. Host must include a 3rd party reference to verify uptime, uptime should be at least 99.7%.

Cannot Find Server. That's hopeless, only 1 out of the 3 times I tried to access it did it actually load (and you're lucking I'm giving you that success rate since the first time it didn't load I kept trying at various times until maybe 10 or 15 minutes later when I gave up).
