FTP, user, pass details for megawebspace connection?

Trying to connect to megawebspace with an FTP program(flashfxp), what am i doing wrong, i put in the following-

IP address: ftp.66.90.72.204
User name: andrew
password: (mypassword) as used to login to the control panel etc.
remote path: (left blank)

it just comes back with 'unable to resolve host ftp.66.90.72.204'
Have i got some dots or coms in the wrong place?

Have i got some dots or coms in the wrong place? Lose the 'ftp' part and connect to 66.90.72.204.
You can't have a subdomain on an IP address.
